Santander awarded 30,000 subsidies for studies and businesses in Spain in 2021. It now strives to assist students in obtaining higher education and study abroad options across Europe.

In the second half of the year, Banco Santander will provide more than 80,000 scholarships through regional and international programs in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, the US, Spain, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, the UK, and Uruguay.
The Santander Skills | Upskill your Talent 2022 Scholarships with Esade is one of the international programs available to university students and professionals in all eleven countries. It aims to develop fundamental skills for both personal and professional growth. Students can select one of four courses from the online program: leadership, communication and impact, personal branding, and digital soft skills.
The Santander Language | English to Boost your Career program is another international initiative. English for Professional Development, English for Business and Entrepreneurship, and English for STEM 2022 Scholarships to study the language professionally at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania in the US. The deadline for applications is November 15th.
The second half of the year is when Santander Scholarships’ global programs are most focused on digital transformation and language study. However, they sought to work with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the University of Cambridge, the British Council, and Harvard Business Publishing Education in the first half of 2022 to teach women leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
