Mbappé scored five goals over the course of five games, and his opening goal for Paris against Juventus on Matchday 6 brought him once more even with Salah.
Prior to Matchday 5, Erling Haaland, Robert Lewandowski, and Salah were all tied on five goals. However, on that day, Mbappé scored twice in Paris’ 7-2 victory over Maccabi Haifa, breaking the tie, and Salah joined him on six goals the next day. A week later, they both did one better.
